We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Partnerships Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our global sponsorship and partnership initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising the impact of our partnerships and ambassador collaborations by aligning global assets with local market strategies. You will work closely with ambassadors, sponsorship partners, and local marketing managers to ensure that all assets are leveraged effectively to enhance brand awareness and engagement worldwide. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnerships and sponsorship strategy aligned with overarching business goals.
- Ambassador & Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with ambassadors and sponsorship partners, ensuring optimal utilisation of contractually owed assets to drive brand awareness and local engagement.
- Asset Management: Identify and sweat all sponsorship assets, creatively integrating them into marketing campaigns to maximise their impact.
- Local Market Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing managers to align global sponsorship strategies with local market needs, ensuring global assets resonate in diverse cultural contexts.
- Event & Campaign Activation: Plan and oversee the activation of sponsorship and partnership assets across events and marketing campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track the effectiveness of sponsorship and partnership activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams, including brand, content, and digital marketing, to ensure a unified approach to sponsorship utilisation.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of trends and opportunities in sponsorship and partnerships across multiple sectors to maintain a competitive edge.
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate
- Experience: 5+ years in sponsorship or partnership roles, with a focus on global or multi-market campaigns.
- Skills: Proven track record of executing sponsorship strategies that increase brand awareness and local market engagement.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement forward-thinking sponsorship strategies that align with business goals.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with ambassadors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying creative ways to leverage assets to their fullest potential.
- Collaboration: Experience working across diverse teams and geographies to align strategies and execute campaigns.
